How We Build Your Deck

We come to your home, measure your space, assess site conditions (grade, drainage, access), and discuss your vision, material preferences, and budget. This visit is free with no obligation.

You receive a written quote with a full scope of work, material specifications, timeline, and payment schedule. No vague 'approximate' numbers — our quotes are specific and binding.

Once you approve the quote and sign a contract, we create a 3D rendering of your deck. You confirm colours, railing style, and dimensions before any physical work begins.

We prepare and submit all permit documents to the relevant municipality — site plan, construction drawings, engineering (if required). We monitor the application and communicate status updates.

Toronto and GTA municipalities take 4–8 weeks to process standard permits. Complex projects may take 10–14 weeks. We contact you immediately when the permit is approved.

We order all materials once the permit is approved to minimize time between approval and construction start. Materials are staged and ready for delivery on the first build day.

Our crew arrives on time every day. Standard decks (200–400 sqft) take 3–7 business days. We clean up daily, protect your lawn and landscaping, and keep you informed of progress.

We schedule and coordinate the final building inspection with the city. After passing, we do a full walkthrough with you — every board, railing, and fastener. We don't consider the job done until you're completely satisfied.
